Susan Burke was our agent and she was excellent! She first listened to what I needed, and then she went after it. Never late for an appointment, when looking at houses she points out the good and bad, tells what she knows about the area, gave recommendations for inspectors, utilities and all their contacts. She even requested for repairs that were detected, she explained step by step all the things that would happen and what we would need along the way. Susan is flexible and easy to work with. I was sent to Susan by a friend who she had recently helped and I am very pleased with how well things turned out. I will be recommending her to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a home!
